Senior Business Development Manager
Martin has worked in the finance industry for the past 15 years in several organisations such as RBS, PCF and HTB. Martin has a unique insight into the asset finance world having worked for both funders and brokers. He now covers the South-East region having joined BFS earlier this year.
Vendor Business Development Manager
Allison has worked with Bibby Leasing for over 27 years in various roles. Most recently she has taken up the role of Vendor Business Development Manager within our Vendor and Strategic Partnership division listening to our introducers and client’s needs to deliver the right solutions for them.
Ian has worked in the asset financing world for 24 years. He started in the leasing industry with specialist equipment brokerages, before moving to Bibby Asset Finance Ian was part of our vendor channel programme for several years.
Business Development Manager
Karolina joined the Bibby Sales Department in early 2023, responsible for the North of England and Scotland. Karolina previously worked in the Asset Finance market for over 5 years. She is currently finishing her Diploma in Asset Finance at the London Institute of Banking & Finance.
Laura is a BDM within our broker team, covering the North East and Midlands. Laura brings a wealth of experience in the asset finance sector having worked for a construction broker for 13 years before joining us here at BFS. She has excellent knowledge and skills on how to package deals together for both hard and soft assets.
Stephen has recently joined the team as a BDM covering the South West. With 20 years experience Stephen brings a wide range of knowledge both within financial services and the SME market, and is experienced in asset finance transactions from both the lender and borrower perspectives.

We funded an office refit for a Southern-based packaging company relocating to larger premises. The £170,000 Hire Purchase facility was agreed over a 60 month term and included various items of furniture, conveyors and racking.

We provided a Northern-based welfare hire business with a hire purchase solution to enable them to secure 10 new canteen space welfare units at a combined cost of £330k. We were able to offer them competitive terms, including a VAT deferral, which helped their cashflow model.

We provided a family run haulage business with a £43,500 Lease agreement, enabling them to upgrade an older trailer to a larger Faymonville 4 axle extending bed step frame trailer. Funding was requested over a 48 month period with a 10% deposit.

We assisted a long established drainage company based in the South with a £110,000 lease facility to purchase an articulated tipper truck. The facility was turned around for them in just 72 hours from the customer submitting the proposal to them receiving the funds.

We helped a Scottish based construction company raise additional funds for working capital by re-financing a number of dump trucks on a £140k sale and lease back facility.

We provided a £60k sale and hire purchase back facility to a printing business looking to raise a larger deposit towards the purchase of a bespoke liquid coating machine. Both the purchase and re-finance were funded, with the S&HPB element secured against an existing, unencumbered printing machine.
